Hayling Beach Works Update
Following our December 2022 news article, the work on Hayling Island is now complete and the contractor has demobilised from site. The section of the car park adjacent to Inn on the Beach has been reopened. The West Beach car park will remain closed for the time being for safety reasons post the storm event on 24th November 2022.
Havant Borough Council have also been working to clear the promenade from shingle following the storm event along the entire residential frontage eastward from Eastoke Corner.
