Projects, maintenance and repairs for Fareham coastline
Coastal defence and protection schemes can include major civil engineering undertakings and require many years of planning, site investigations, impact assessment and most importantly the support of the community.
The Local Authorities across the Coastal Partners frontage invest resources each year into maintaining their existing coastal defence structures. No coastal defence is maintenance free, although in some cases cost can be quite minimal.
