Caroline Timlett

Bio

Caroline graduated from the University of Bournemouth in 2004 with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Geography, specialising in Contaminated Land. For her placement, Caroline travelled to Iceland to study the effects of tourism on the lava tube and ice cave systems. In 2005, Caroline joined Bureau Veritas UK Ltd, working as an Environmental Consultant in Contaminated Land field undertaking ground investigations and remediation works. In 2009, Caroline joined Coastal Partners to assist with the delivery of the £2million dredge contract, along with undertaking topographic and hydrographic surveys. After a 9 month break at Winchester City Council, working as their lead Contaminated Land Officer, Caroline rejoined Coastal Partners in 2010. Since working for Coastal Partners, Caroline has worked in Strategy, Environment, Operations as spatial lead for both Fareham and Havant and now works in the Capital team. Caroline is currently delivering the detailed design for the North Portsea Island Coastal Defence Scheme, a £44million coastal project, which is being delivered over 10 years.
