Bio
After reading Geography BSc (Hons) at the University of Portsmouth, Charlie joined Coastal Partners in late 2021 as a casual, assisting various teams on surveys, site supervisions and pebble preparation projects.
Outside of the office his passion lies in sailing. Having competed around the world in various classes, even representing Hong Kong and Australia including his home island - Isle of Wight - at the International Island Games in Gibraltar.
In September 2022 Charlie joined the Strategy, Environment & Research team, taking up a full-time position as a Coastal Engineer/Scientist. The focus of his work is on GIS (Geographical Information System), assisting in mapping changes in coastal geomorphology to protect heritage assets and improve the delivery of Beach Management Plans.
