Originally from Goa, Elroy has pursued a carrier within the UK construction industry where he has found a true passion for Civil Engineering.
He has recently completed his HNC in Civil Engineering and has become a qualified technician within the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), representing a key milestone in his progressive journey. Joining the team as a Coastal Engineering Technician, his aim is to bring his maintenance knowledge into sustainable projects and help reduce carbon emissions.
Outside of work, you'll find him out on the waves sea fishing and enjoying leisure time with his family.
