Lyall has led Coastal Partners (formally Eastern Solent Coastal Partnership) since its creation in 2008. Coastal Partners consists of an alliance between 4 local authorities who manage 246km of Hampshire’s coastline. While delivering projects that reduce the risk of coastal flooding and erosion Coastal Partners also works to enhance the coastal environment to improve the quality of life for coastal communities. Lyall is a Civil Engineer with more than 25 years’ experience of overseeing the development of coastal policies, implementing numerous multi-million pound projects and transformed day to day service delivery utilising the latest developments in technology. Lyall is also the Chairman of the Southern Coastal Group.
