Mark has worked at Coastal Partners since 2012 and is responsible for the leadership and management of the Policy, Strategy & Environment team. This consists of 16 officers working on the delivery of a wide range of Flood & Coastal Erosion Risk Management (FCERM) strategies, schemes and environmental projects. Working for an innovative and expanding organisation has allowed Mark to gain experience on a diverse range of projects, strategies and schemes ranging from SMPs right through to scheme delivery. Previously Mark worked at the Environment Agency on the Coastal Communities 2150 European engagement project focused on sea level rise impacts. Mark has a BSc in Oceanography from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Applied Marine Science from the Plymouth University. He is also a Chartered Member of CIWEM.
