Owen is a Civil Engineer with 28 years local government experience of Highways, Drainage, Flood Risk management across 5 London Boroughs. Initially at Havant working for clients across Hampshire including Hart, Basingstoke, East Hampshire also Trees for Cities in Cardiff. He has designed and delivered projects exceeding £1m from complex highway reconstruction through to simple blue/green infrastructure and everything in between. Owen has been designing and delivering blue/green infrastructure since 2007, his approach is to deliver projects using everyday ‘off the shelf’ or on-site recycled products and materials. He has and is involved with international, national, regional, and local guidance for sustainable drainage.
