This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take forward our Geomatics Division managing coastal flood and erosion risk and providing wider land survey services.
Our Geomatics Division provides a professional land surveying service to Coastal Partners’ capital and maintenance projects. This includes topographic and coastal surveying, highway and utility surveys, and aerial surveys. We utilise a suite of equipment and tools including total stations, GPS, UAV’s and laser scanners.
You will be accountable for these surveys, as well as a long-term agreement with the Southeast Strategic Regional Coastal Monitoring Programme to complete annual surveys of the coastline from Hayling Island to the River Hamble, including post storm and sea defence asset inspections. You will deliver additional services through existing client relationships in Southern England such as: RegenCo, Homes England and surrounding local authorities.
You will be an experienced surveyor, technically competent and capable of leading a survey team to produce topographic surveys and aerial surveys. You will have commercial experience to enable continued growth of the Geomatics brand as a fee earning professional service to clients and partners to a high standard.

This is a career graded post with the initial salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
· Career Grade F-H - £30,825 to £48,474 per annum
