North Portsea Island Phase 4b Update - Week 10

The concrete for the flood defence wall is poured in three sections: base, the lower wall and then the upper wall. 

The textured wall (moulds) for the lower wall are smaller. The formliners for the upper wall are much larger and a challenge to manoeuvre. 

We have just completed the first upper wall section:
