Coastal Partners Assurance Service

The Assurance Service plays a strategic role in creating a people-centred culture and supporting the partnership to operate and grow sustainably. We work alongside our colleagues, partners and stakeholders to provide clear guidance, strong processes, and sound governance. It balances both strategic oversight with essential daily activities. 

The team is arranged into 3 sub teams - Business Support, Finance and Communications.
 

Business Support Team
We are a multi-skilled team that provides essential business support for our service. We take care of our people and are key in ensuring that our processes, governance and support enable our team and the service to operate at the highest level.


Finance Team
The Finance Teams’ main role is to ensure that the finances and assets of the partnership and our numerous projects are managed properly, and in a way that support the work Coastal Partners undertakes. It ensures that spend is planned, compliant with governance processes, monitored and reported accurately.


Communications
The Communications Team provides expert multi-channel communications that are crucial in how the partnership communicates internally and externally. They are responsible for developing clear, accessible, and consistent information through a range of written, visual and digital channels.
